For years, my professional life has been defined by operations, outcomes, and solutions. Rising through the ranks taught me how to scale businesses and lead teams with precision. But as I’ve navigated the "hard things" about life and leadership, I realized that the most significant transformations don't happen in meetings - they happen in the personal growth process.
I am thrilled to announce that I have launched my Professional Life Coaching practice. This journey has been about more than just adding a credential to my signature; it’s been about deepening my ability to walk alongside otheres as they navigate their own "life east of Eden".
It’s easy to become a "Chameleon," wearing a mask to meet expectations while losing sight of the person in the mirror. My experience and training has equipped me with a framework to help you strip away the masks and lead with biblical steadiness. Here are a few core principles that will define our work together:

Discovery over Diagnosis: I’m not here to be the "Answer Person" or to label you. Assessments like CliftonStrengths, DISC, and the Enneagram are tools we will use for discovery, helping you understand your unique wiring without putting you in a box.

Presence Over Advice: Research shows that a coach's desire to give advice is actually the biggest hindrance to a good outcome. My role is to embody a "non-anxious presence," asking powerful questions that evoke your own wisdom and the Spirit’s guidance.
