A Bit About Me

A strategic thinker, lover of people, author, and seasoned technology executive - I spent two decades in one of the largest enterprises building systems that scale, while also operating my own technology business serving SMBs. Rising from a young manager to Director, I've successfully led organizations of over 100+ employees across complex domains, including software development, infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, finance, project management and technology asset management. As an INTJ, I earned a reputation as a benevolent disruptor—a leader who never shied away from challenging the status quo to drive innovation and efficiency, all the while coaching and spiring others. Today, I am turning my focus from technical infrastructure to human infrastructure. Blending my hard-won strategic insight with authentic leadership, provinding business of all types and sises a blueprint for success, both technical and operational.
